The Right Honourable Stephen Harper

Prime Minister of Canada House of Commons

Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A6

Dear Prime Minister:

At our 115th Annual General Meeting held this year in Ottawa, the membership passed a motion concerning the Holodomor.

Therefore, on behalf of the National Council of Women of Canada, I would encourage the Government of Canada to recognize the 1932-33 famine Holodomor in Ukraine as genocide.
